AN INVITATION, NOT ANOTHER PRESCRIPTION
What if there is more than one way to know?
You can be thoughtful and intuitive. Grounded and curious.
Skeptical and open.
Some parts of life make sense when we study them. Others become clearer when we notice a pattern, spend time in nature, listen to a dream, or sit quietly with a question.
LIMINAL is a year of bringing those ways of knowing into conversation. Not to abandon reason. Not to adopt someone else's beliefs. To discover what becomes possible when you give more of yourself a place at the table.
Before I tell you what this is...
Does any of this feel familiar?
You've learned a great deal
You don't want to choose

between science and mystery.
You value insight and inquiry, and you're drawn to symbol, intuition and the natural world.
You're ready to make
exploration part of your life.
Not ideas that stay in a notebook. A practice you bring into ordinary days.
and you still have questions.
Understanding something and living it are not always the same.
You want room to explore
without being told what to believe.
A circle where questions are welcome and your experience is yours to interpret.
You don't need to arrive with certainty. Curiosity is enough.
THE INTERSECTION
Not either/or.
Both/and.
Our inner lives are not divided into neat departments. Mind, body, imagination, relationships, the seasons and the questions we carry influence one another.
There is room here for what you know, what you wonder, and what you have not yet found words for.
You won't be asked to agree with every perspective. You'll be invited to explore it, consider it and decide what is meaningful to you.

MANY WAYS OF KNOWING
Four perspectives.
One more integrated you.
Different lenses reveal different parts of the same landscape.
I / THE MIND
Psychology
Explore the stories, patterns, archetypes and unconscious influences that shape how we see ourselves and our world. Draw from psychological inquiry, including Jungian ideas, without reducing the whole person to a theory.

II / THE LIVING WORLD
Nature
Notice what the seasons teach about rest, emergence, change and return. Let the natural world become a companion in reflection rather than a backdrop to a busy life.
III / INNER LISTENING
Intuition
Become more attentive to subtle impressions, dreams, bodily awareness and the quiet knowing that can be easy to overlook. Practice discernment alongside curiosity.

IV / MEANING & MYSTERY
Spirit
Explore ritual, symbolism and the questions that give life depth and meaning. No particular belief system is required. Your own understanding remains your own.
A FIFTH THREAD RUNS THROUGH THEM ALL
The Elements
Earth, Air, Fire, Water and Spirit provide a symbolic framework for exploring the different dimensions of experience throughout the year. Each is a doorway into study, reflection and everyday practice.

EARTH
The Body
Grounding. Nature.
Roots.
The body.
Somatic knowing.
Our connection to the physical world.

AIR
The Mind & Breath
Thought.
Belief.
Intention.
Breath.
Awareness.
The stories that shape how we see ourselves and the world.

FIRE
Energy & Transformation
Will.
Energy.
Desire.
Creation.
Action.
The spark that moves us toward change.

WATER
The Inner World
Emotion.
Dreams.
Shadow.
Memory.
Intuition.
The depths of the unconscious.

SPIRIT
The Mystery
Soul.
Consciousness. Meaning.
Synchronicity. Connection.
That which reaches beyond what we can explain.

MEET YOUR GUIDE
"You don't have to leave one part of yourself behind to explore another."

Stef Dunn
Licensed Professional Counselor · National Board Certified Counselor
Stef brings a lifelong curiosity about the inner world to her work as a counselor, educator and guide. Her studies include Jungian psychology, and her approach makes room for psychological understanding, lived experience, symbolism, nature and spiritual inquiry.
LIMINAL is shaped by that breadth. Stef is here to teach, offer perspectives, ask thoughtful questions and hold a space where you can make your own discoveries.
Expect teaching with substance, questions worth spending time with and a guide who respects your intelligence as much as your intuition.
No performance of spirituality.
No pressure to share more than you choose.
No right answers required.
This is an educational and experiential program, not psychotherapy or a substitute for mental health treatment.
12
Twelve founding members.
Room to be known.
A smaller circle creates space for real conversation, careful listening and a sense of continuity across the year. This is not an anonymous audience gathered around a screen.
The limit of twelve is a design choice for the experience, not an invented countdown. Applications are reviewed for alignment with the program and the group.
Choose the depth of support that feels right for you.
Every path includes the complete twelve-month group experience. Private sessions offer additional space for personal exploration with Stef.

A FEW THINGS WORTH KNOWING
Questions, welcome.
Do I need experience with Jungian psychology or spiritual practices?
No. Curiosity and a willingness to reflect are more important than prior study. Stef will introduce ideas in accessible ways while offering meaningful depth.
Do I have to subscribe to a particular belief system?
No. LIMINAL invites exploration, not agreement. You are encouraged to question, reflect and exercise your own discernment.
When does the program begin?
Applications open October 31, 2026 at 12:01 AM Eastern. The twelve-month guided experience begins January 2027. The exact first gathering date will be shared before enrollment.
What if I prefer not to speak in a group?
Thoughtful participation can take different forms. You will be encouraged to engage at a level that respects your comfort and boundaries.
Is this therapy?
No. LIMINAL is an educational and experiential group program. It does not establish a therapist-client relationship and is not a substitute for individualized mental health care.
Are sessions recorded? What if I miss one?
All Group Sessions will be recorded and available for replay if you miss the live session.
How much does it cost?
There are three membership levels. The Complete Journey is $2,400 for the year, Journey + Guidance is $4,200, and The Personal Path is $6,000. Payment terms will be shared before you enroll.
