For adults, I offer a supportive and nonjudgmental environment to process life's complexities, manage stress, and foster personal growth. Through evidence-based therapeutic techniques and mindfulness, we work together to address anxiety, depression, life transitions and emotional challenges. My approach is collaborative, helping you uncover strengths, gain clarity, and create meaningful change in your life.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY - ADOLESCENSE
In one-on-one sessions, I provide a safe and understanding space where adolescents can explore their emotions, build resilience, and develop healthy coping strategies. Through evidence-based therapeutic techniques and mindfulness, we work together to address anxiety, depression, life transitions and emotional challenges. My goal is to help young individuals gain confidence, strengthen emotional regulation, and build a foundation for lifelong well-being.

GROUP THERAPY
Group sessions provide a powerful space for connection, growth, and shared healing. Designed for adults seeking support in navigating life's challenges, this sessions incorporate evidence-based therapies and mindfulness practices to manage stress, strengthen coping skills, and foster self-awareness. In a compassionate and confidential setting group members gain insight, share experiences, and find encouragement from others on a similar journey.
